A common frustration many clients face is the inability to reach their lawyer. The last thing you need when seeking legal advice is to feel neglected or left in the dark. We communicate openly, tell you the truth (even when it’s hard to hear), and most importantly, we keep our promises. Transparent, Accessible, and Client-Centered.
We know that legal services are an investment—whether you’re an individual or a business—and we never take that lightly. Our approach is fully transparent, with clear explanations of what we do and how we do it. No surprise bills, no hidden fees—just honest, straightforward service. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and why. -

Charlie Lefebvre is the passionate founder of Lefebvre Michel, PLLC, based in Washington, DC. With a diverse background in both business and law, Charlie brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every case she handles.
Education & Experience
Charlie is a proud graduate of The Catholic University of America, Groupe Sup de Co Montpellier Business School, and Benedictine University, where she honed her leadership and legal skills. Born in France, Charlie’s multicultural perspective enhances her approach to law.
Before transitioning to law, Charlie served as a CEO for nearly 10 years, overseeing complex operations and decision-making processes in the private sector. Her leadership experience in business gave her invaluable insights into client needs, strategy, and long-term solutions. However, after reflecting on her true calling, she made the bold decision to return to school to become a lawyer—a decision that would shape the future of her career and the clients she serves.
Awards & Achievements
Throughout her academic journey, Charlie demonstrated exceptional dedication and talent. She graduated with honors, earning the International Academic Excellence Award and the Extra Mile Award for Outstanding Service to the Law School—recognitions that reflect her relentless drive and commitment to excellence.
Charlie’s legal career spans areas such as tax litigation and immigration law, where she gained the experience necessary to found Lefebvre Michel Law Firm. Her firm’s core values are rooted in providing personalized, effective legal solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
The Journey & the "Why" Behind the Firm
When asked why she left her CEO position to go back to law school, Charlie’s answer is always the same: “I knew it was made for me.” For Charlie, law isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling.
Her story is one of resilience and determination. Starting law school with two young children under three and adding a third during her studies, Charlie’s ability to juggle family, education, and a growing legal career speaks to her determination and resilience. People who know Charlie personally often say that she has an uncanny ability to do the impossible. The more people told her she couldn’t do something, the more she fought to prove them wrong. And that spirit is exactly what she brings to her clients.
What Charlie Brings to You
Charlie’s approach to law is simple: No one will work harder for you and your case than she and her team. With unwavering dedication, Charlie and her team at Lefebvre Michel Law Firm are committed to standing by your side through every step of your legal journey. Her personal and professional experiences make her the advocate you need when everything is on the line.
